ProofBinder works in public procurement, where conduct is part of the product. These are the standards we hold ourselves to and the way we handle the public data our platform is built on.
Open by default
We design every engagement on the assumption that the record will be read by an inspector general, a state auditor, a board, or the press. Open-records readiness is the default posture, not an add-on.
Documented value-add
Every dollar we are paid is traceable to a documented workstream. We do not add margin without substance, and the value-add work log is the record that proves it.
Conflict-aware
We decline engagements where prior representation, ownership, or a material interest would compromise integrity. Our record of declined matters is kept as an internal control.
Lawful use of public data
The intelligence platform is built entirely on public U.S. Government data. We present that data as computed benchmarks and analysis with a stated methodology. We do not misrepresent the government as a source of endorsement, and we do not present estimates as certified facts.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability or a data handling concern, tell us before disclosing it publicly. Email office@proofbinderusa.com and we will acknowledge and work the issue in good faith.
Raising a concern
Anyone — a client, a vendor, or a member of the public — may raise an ethics or compliance concern in confidence at office@proofbinderusa.com. We do not retaliate against good-faith reports.
