Accessibility

Last updated July 12, 2026

ProofBinder serves public institutions, and public services must be usable by everyone. We are committed to meeting recognized accessibility standards across our website and platform.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That means legible typography and color contrast, keyboard-navigable interfaces, meaningful text alternatives, and structure that works with assistive technology.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is a continuous effort. As we add features to the intelligence platform, we test them against these standards and fix issues as we find them. Data-dense views such as charts and tables receive particular attention, since they are the hardest to make equally usable for everyone.

Requesting an accommodation

If you encounter a barrier or need information in an alternative format, email office@proofbinderusa.com with a description of the problem and the page or feature involved. We will respond promptly and work with you on an accessible alternative.
